Contrails & Wings – Returns & Replacements FAQ
Do you accept returns?
Because every Contrails & Wings product is printed on demand just for you, we don’t offer traditional returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll fix it.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
If your item is defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We get it—ordering online can be tricky. That’s why we offer one free size-related replacement per customer for first-time buyers. No need to send the original back.
Just check our [Size Guide] before reordering to make sure you get the perfect fit.
Do you accept returns for buyer’s remorse or changed minds?
Since each product is printed for you, we don’t accept returns for things like:
- Changing your mind
- Ordering the wrong style or color (outside of first-time sizing swaps)
- Wanting a different design after purchase
How do I start a replacement or refund request?
- Email us at contrailsandwings@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue (for defects or misprints).
- For size-related replacements, just tell us the size you need.
Do I need to send the item back?
Usually, no. For defects, misprints, and first-time size swaps, we don’t require returns. If there’s a special situation, we’ll let you know.
Where can I find the size guide?
We’ve made it easy! Our [Size Guide] is available on every product page and in our site footer. Please double-check your size before ordering, since each item is printed just for you.
