Contrails & Wings Return & Replacement Policy

We’ve Got You Covered (But Here’s the Fine Print)

Every shirt we make is printed on demand—made just for you. Because of that, we don’t hold inventory or process traditional returns. But we believe in taking care of our customers. Here’s how it works:

30-Day Issue Resolution Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if there’s a problem. We’ll make it right if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
  • You receive the wrong size, color, or design
  • You’re a first-time customer who ordered the wrong size—we offer one free size-related replacement per customer as a goodwill gesture (no need to send the first one back).

What We Don’t Cover

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Repeat size issues after your first free replacement
  • Normal wear and tear

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Email us at contrailsandwings@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (defect, misprint, wrong item, etc.)
  3. For first-time size swaps, just let us know the correct size you need
